Can someone help me. I got over charged $80 for something that I didn’t know about. I had supposedly gotten the unlimited plan but then I looked at my bill and now I owe $130. For something I didn’t get explained I had been told I had the unlimited and that’s why I changed to the plan I have. But anyone I talk to they don’t help. Very frustrating
