I’m leaving this message for customer service. Your system is inefficient and does your customers a disservice. Your business feels shady, you try to keep us on the line as long as you can so we give up and just pay your hidden fees. Your live agent didn’t ask for my feedback after going through the entire virtual chat process, only a shady company would do that. Cox needs to treat its customers a lot better, it’s the number one reason I am not choosing to use Cox’s services any longer. You give us very poor options and no one in your company cares when a customer’s bill is overcharged or the customer is unhappy. Shame on you and your whole operation.
