Internet just keeps going down
is COX doing anything to fix it? Everyday for the last month my internet goes down multiple times. This could last anywhere from 5 minutes to hours. I call and all they want to do is reboot my modem and say they have no outage, then an hour later they show it. I had COX out to verify it’s not my modem or cables. They need to fix this!

I've had no residential 1G internet going on two days. I signed up for Cox text updates. At first Cox said they'd have it fixed within a couple of hours. After few of those the texts the last text said they will let me know when they have more information.
