Cannot send e-mails using NORD VPN

Cannot send e-mail or get to certain URL's  (Amazon being one of them) while using NORD VPN. I can receive ok, but not send. Using MS Outlook, Win 10, Outgoing server 993 SSL, incoming 587 TLS, IPv6 disabled. I perform a test using MS Outlook, and get an error on the send server. I've been in contact with both COX and NORD VPN and performed all the suggested recommendations. Anyone having issues with NORD VPN and resolved their issues? P.S I tried a multiple NORD VPN's but all have the same symptoms. m.gabriels
