Who decides to disconnect a customers internet without notice of why?
had my internet disconnected because of supposed copyright infringement. No notice, no warning..nothing. Received no notices of the so called infringement file. Why is Cox playing judge and jury. Somquestion rises,,who decides such actions. If i am a week late on my payment, I get phone calls and mailings. I dont like being accused and acted against without some due process
who decides and when?

Pretty sure Cox follows the 3 strike policy, or generally. Even if you claim you never received them, does Cox claim they sent you multiple warnings? How are you disconnected? As in are you banned? Or was it just a temp disco to get your attention?
