‎Cant use my internet for gaming

Please fix my internet so I can use it for gaming too much lag what is the problem should i go the fcc route.I had 1 tech come out and had my internet working great but it only worked good for 24 hrs and now I cant get him to come back out cox you need to let that tech comeback to fix my internet because all these other techs are clueless.

@headachefromcoxspectrum Are you using WiFi or Ethernet? What modem/Router are you using? If you have a computer on ethernet, can you run a speedtest?
