HBO Max App works on one Contour box but not the other

We have two Cox Contour boxes.  The HBO Max will open on one of them but not the other.

On the box that does not load HBO Max you get a message to sign in with your provider but I got nowhere with this.

I think that this is a recent problem.  I do not recall this happening before.
