Where's HBO on Demand?
I have the HBO package and for some reason, HBO On Demand has suddenly disappeared from the Premium section in On Demand. The HBO channels on the cable line up play fine; it's just On Demand that is gone. Is there a problem with the HBO On Demand service? (FYI, it was there a few days ago, but I did notice that there were only 10 movies in the HBO Movies section, which is really small.)

They...either Cox or HBO...changed the directory of on-demand channels. HBO is still under Premiums, it's first in the list and now labeled HBO Expanded. The list of movies, however, looks like an old VHS collection. It does include a lot more long-lost series.

I'm not going crazy then. I did see the HBO OnDemand, but the lineup is all messed up (not in Synch with HBOGO) and the 3D selection is missing. When I called Tech support last night they treated me like I was crazy. I'm one frustrated customer right now.

I sent a message to HBO and they have no idea why Cox's lineup is all messed up.

Perhaps rebooting your set-top box will reload the on-demand directory in its entirety. Sometimes if you directly enter the HBO On-Demand channel from your keypad, it will load correctly. In Fairfax, VA, for example, it's 2752.
