I can not get on to read my emails.  What should I do?

In fact I can not get on the web at all today.  It worked fine last night.

So how are you here posting this now? There apparently have been issues with Webmail for sometime now, though I personally don't use the Cox webmail so I couldn't tell you how bad they are, others can though I'm sure.
Can you provide more details about the exact problem? What kind of equipment do you have, are you using a wired or wireless connection?

The modem on the account is showing online for over 55 days, are you only seeing issues with the email program or Webmail site or are other pages not loading as well?
