upgrading services

So i came on the site to pay my bill, when i figured i would look at the idea of improving my internet connection, but i can't find a way to do it. the "Add or Upgrade Service" link in the account page is broken, it sends me here

The site is intended primary for new customer sales.   Your best bet would be to call in and speak to our sales representatives.  They will be able to determine what campaigns and promotions are available to upgrade your services and keep your bill as low as possible.
