Temporarily Off Air
Been getting Temporarily Off Air messages on a lot of channels lately. Right now, not a single channel works. Replaced the box, refreshed the box, nothing helped. When channels are working, they're pixelated. Very annoying. Is this a common problem?

It is impossible to enjoy your shows if they are constantly pixelating (tiling), and I'm sorry you've been dealing with this! Both tiling and the Temporarily Off Air message indicate the signal to the cable box isn't as strong as it needs to be. This could be from something as simple as a loose connection to a dying splitter (internal or external), or to something outside your house completely--in our equipment.
Are there any splitters on the coax connection to your cable box? If yes, you can do a test to see if the splitter simply needs to be replaced. Disconnect the splitter, connect the cable box directly to the wall outlet, and power cycle the cable box. If all your channels are working with no tiling, replacing your splitter may clear up all issues. If not, I'd recommend that we schedule a service call.
