Static IP

No, sorry. IPs on Residential service are always assigned by DHCP and can change at any time. That's not to say they'll change very often, as they're assigned to the CPE MAC and the system will hand the same one back out to the same MAC whenever possible (and I've had one for years at a time), but they can't be set statically on Residential.

Only Cox Business service provides actual static IPs.
