It was a simple matter to set up a Reserved IP for our Amazon ECHO. The only reason I did this is because the ECHO absolutely refuses to connect to our recently replaced fiber PANO router. I've tried everything, .... yes, I truly have! So I thought a cure might be to put the ECHO's IP back into the router's control. I locate the ECHO in "connected devices", where it appears under the "Offline" heading. And it still is noted as having a Reserved IP, despite 3 attempts to revert it back to DHCP. In the Offline listing I select the ECHO, then go to EDIT. Right there clear as day is the option's for Reserved or DHCP for it's IP address. I've rebooted the router, done a factory reset to the ECHO etc. etc., but I think I'm into a separate post now.
For starters I'd at least like to revert the thing back to DHCP, from Reserved.

Hello, @mrlewp87
I'm sorry to hear you are having trouble connecting your Amazon Echo device to your Panoramic Wifi. I know this can be frustrating.
To remove and reset the device's connection, open your Panoramic Wifi app, Tap the wifi icon at the bottom of the screen to access the wifi tab. Depending on if you have assigned devices to people, you may see people or categories listed here. Tap View all devices at the bottom. In this list find your Echo device and select it. Under device details, scroll to the bottom and tap Forget Device. You will be asked if you are sure you want to forget the device. Click Forget to remove the Echo from your device list. This will also erase the device's history from your home network. In my experience, you'll need to use the Alexa app on your mobile device to reconnect the Echo to your home network. If you have trouble, you'll want to contact the device manufacturer for additional support.
