Google search using Firefox always asks me to prove i am not a robot because it shows my IP address as Cox and that IP address does lots of searches

Actually, does it ask you that when you use chrome? Both SHOULD be using the same IP, unless, you have the VPN in Firefox enabled?

Just use Firefox, don't have Chrome. Don't have VPN setup.  The google search engine sees the IP address as cox in Phoenix which of course has many searches "run" through it.   Apparently that triggers google to think I may be a bot.  Sometimes get caught in a  loop of having to verify a number of presentations (crosswalk, bus, car, motorcycle) I guess I could switch to Bing or other engine.

Use DuckDuckGo as a search engine, better privacy.
