Separate modem from Phone/modem
I have a separate cable modem that I would like to use instead of the phone and internet modem I have now, But when I registered my modem it seemed to have disabled the phone. Is there any way to fix this? Thank You.

This may just require a call to technical support to resolve. If you register a separate modem for Internet the eMTA should still remain active for phone service.
