sb6183 only bonding 4 download channels

I just activated new sb6183 modem today, but only 4 download channels are bonded. ive seen in other threads that it was able to be provisioned to 8 or 12 channels and wondering if someone can fix mine thanks

I pushed an update to the modem which seems to have helped however the signal levels don't look good at all.  It could be time to have a technician come take a look if you still experience any problems.
