Hello,
I am a new Cox customer and after just about 12 hours of getting internet set up I noticed my router would just reset itself out of no where, and leave me without internet for 5-15 minutes.
At first i thought it was maybe just updating a lot since it's a new router but it has done it at least 1-2 times an hour and is become extremely annoying.
I know it's the router restarting because suddenly all but one light will go off for about 30 seconds, and then they will all start flashing again.
then after 5-15 minutes of flashing my internet will be fine again.
Router info.
ARRIS - TG2472G
I have a desktop with a LAN, although my phone on wifi log connection too.
ROUTER LOG(disconnect happened at about 01:25:00 and got back online at about 01:30:00)

Please give me some advice to fix this, the fast internet speeds mean nothing to me if i drop offline every hour.

Those are the router logs of the gateway. If the gateway is rebooting, it unlikely to be listed in the router logs. Instead, try checking the modem logs and signal levels.
Also, it seems you are getting IPv6. I did not think that was possible with Cox gateways yet. Is this anything you set up?
Last, do the IP's 210.7.0.187 and 119.226.35.178 mean anything to you? Looks like 210.7.0.187 belongs to anom web server in Japan while 119.226.35.178 looks to be a VPN login for a cloud office by Sify in India(which is still active BTW). If you aren't going to these places, it is possible you have a PC on your network infected with malware. Not sure if this is related to your problem, but it should be noted.

I'm sorry, i think my ARRIS is a modem/router combo.
For the Ipv6 thing, i didn't set that up, the cox agent set everything up for me.
and for those IP's, I did a couple different internet speed tests around that time, so i think that's what those are.

I highly doubt it. If you doing a speed test to India and Japan..it would have given you bad results to say the least. Also, speedtest.net doesn't have servers in either of those two locations. If you specifically remember doing a speedtest to India or Japan, let me know.
Also, can you post your signal levels? Not sure exactly where they are in the gateway UI, since it is not in the manual. Should look something like this.

I used 3 different sites for my speed tests, those weren't the problem, i just think that's the reason i was pinging japan and india.

Paste this into the address bar of your web browser:
http://192.168.100.1
That should take you to your modem status page where you can access the event log and see what's going on.
