Please remove site header

I have made several posts on this, with what seems like only brush off answers, over the last year. So excuse if my post if blunt and to the point. I have made a post on a different forum since posting here didn't seem like it was getting anything done. I won't repeat it here but basically this forums page header and footer are broken. When loading the site the page image is too large with the included junk .js that was taken from the normal cox.net for branding and making it look like a Cox hosted page, which it is not. Should I call Rackspace myself? Do you want me to redesign the webpage and email it to you? What do we need to do to get this fixed. I am not going away, you already know that. I have ALOT of time on my hands.
