On Demand

I want to see 10/1/2014  Criminal Minds.  Can't seem to get it on Demand.  Is there something special I need to do.

Hi Mrs. xx! On Demand hasn't been updated since 09/28/14. I have tried everything, including resetting daily. I've sent an email to Technical Support alerting them to this problem. Let's hope that helps.

We load the episodes as soon as they are received from the networks. We have reported this issue for you and hope to have this resolved ASAP. Thank you for reporting this.

I call BS on this one. I have been trying to watch the 2 new Once Upon a Time shows that aired last Sunday. I went on Demand and saw the first one listed. I went back to watch it later and it was gone. There are no listings for that show AT ALL. I also called today and finally hung up after being on hold for the entire hour of Blue Bloods. If there is an issue with the On Demand service, I can deal with that but post something.......like you know there is an issue and you are working on it. People , like me, wouldnt be so pissy if they had some sort of feedback at least !!!! Get it together COX !!!! I spend over $200 a month and I expect decent service at the very least !!!
