Is anyone in the fairfax VA area experiencing outages from on demand channels such as ABC, SyFi, TnT and a few more? I haven't been able to access these channels for a week now. I have read some of the posts and will not call Cox because I don't need to have a technician waste my time. If anyone knows how to troubleshoot this I appreciate advice because I can't find the problem. It's not me.

i'm in Gilbert AZ and we've been having the same issue. nothing on our OnDemand works actually. We've called twice already. Aside from the super long hold time to speak with someone, they don't seem to have an answer for this. we've rebooted and nothing seems to work. Now our Premium channels are "temporarily off air" - what a joke.

I'm in Fairfax and all those on-demand channels worked for me.
