I am encountering an occasional problem with the opening of web pages, it will just hang on a blank screen for 10 to 15 seconds or even 'time-out' and report an error message - I contacted email support but was just told to check normal connections etc.
I have run speed tests and normally get good speeds bu occasionally will get a really slow speed that coincides with a slow ping and bad 'jitter' numbers.
I am beginning to think I have a line problem as I am also seeing pixelation on my TV image and occasion stuttering on the picture.
Is there any way to check this out and not have to contact both the Internet and TV support. Incidentallly there have been prior incidents of line level problems associated with this address.
Thanks
Robert

Hi Tiffany and thanks for the response.
I did as you suggested and I still see the problem, in fact I notice it is more prevalent and the pixilation issue is more frequent. The low signal levels on our line / node has had a recurrent problem, I think the last time the lineman replaced an amplifier and prior to that the integrity of the incoming cable had been compromised.
I think you will need to arrange a visit by a linesman.
