no sound

I have no sound on my contour satellite unit.  Tried rebooting, worked a few days ago, no luck today.??

We did recently receive an alert that this was happening again and that a reboot of the box should correct it.  I'd suggest trying again to disconnect power to the box for two minutes and reconnecting to see if that helps.
