Why is NBC Sports Live Extra -- channel 1440, OKC -- not currently broadcasting a scheduled event?

Same issue in San Diego. Neither game is shown on NBC Sports Live Extra.
Guide is correct but just the barker screen is shown.

Had the same problem in Tulsa. Didn't get an answer when I called about it. Had to watch the game on an iPad with the NBC Sports app.

To Cox credit, both games finally came on with 10 minutes & 25 minutes left respectively.
