Internet Outages/Slowdowns

When will internet speeds ever get back to "normal" in the Pensacola/Fort Walton Beach FL area?? Since the major problem on the 9th, internet speeds have been erratic and for the most part greatly reduced. My speed tests this morning ranged from "test timed out" to a max of 19Mbps vice the 50Mbps that is the norm at my internet level. Is there an estimated "get well" time? Thanks.
