emails disappeared from server, outlook
I just noticed when searching for an old email, that only one month of emails is appearing on webmail and my outlook. All of the older ones (like year's worth of important stuff) have disappeared and i didn't change any settings recently. I had so many business emails that I constantly referred back to and now they are gone. Can I ever retrieve them or can Cox find them?

Do you have your email setup to be downloaded to your computer when you check your messages? Using an email program like Outlook would remove the messages from Webmail and make them local to the email program on your computer. Were there any other changes made to your email account? -Derrick
