We currently have two cox accounts for our property, one for the main house and one for the guest house. The account for the main house is in my name, and the one for the guest house is in my wife's name, so her primary email address is associated with that guest house account. Recently, we were able to obtain the wireless signal from the main house in the guest house, so we only need that second account for TV in the guest house. If we discontinue the second account direct internet service to the guest house, and use the wireless signal from the main house account, how can my wife's primary email address be transferred to that main house account as one of the 10 email addresses available on that account?

It can be done, but your wife would lose any email in her inbox. The login would need to be deleted from our servers and created as new on your account.
If your wife uses a third party email client like Outlook, Windows Live Mail, etc. it can be configured to access the account via POP and set to download the existing messages from the server.
I hope this helps!

Thanks for the prompt reply, Colleen.....If we disconnect from the internet on her account, will her login be deleted automatically from your servers, or do we need to specifically request that be done by the customer service representative. Since we do use Outlook, how would we configure it to download the existing messages and folders from the server? I assume that should be done prior to closing her internet account. Thanks for your help, and hope you had a nice holiday weekend.

It would not be deleted from the account automatically, we would have to manually do that so it can be added back to the other account. Using an email program like Outlook would prevent her from losing any messages that are currently in her Inbox. If she used/uses Webmail, any messages that are saved in subfolders would need to be forwarded to save those. Here is a link with instructions on how to setup email - http://www.cox.com/residential/support/internet/article.cox?articleId=334d7950-31f8-11df-fe42-000000000000.
