Contour 2 Login Problem

I'm trying to log into Contour 2 on my Samsung Tab 3 and it keeps saying my credentials are invalid. I use the same credentials on my Samsung Note 5 and to log on on the Web with no problems. I have changed my password and it still doesn't work on the Tab 3. Very frustrating. 

Any suggestions?
