I'm trying to get to the Cloud Drive and its File Manager but get a run time exception error.
I'm attempting access via a new Windows 10 machine with default IE settings except I turned off the POP-UP BLOCKER.
I'm able to log onto my COX account, check email, etc.

I'm getting the same thing. I was able to get to my Cloud Drive yesterday. Did you find a solution ?
Server Error in '/application' Application.

I wonder if they are doing System Maintenance. Cox has been known to do so on a Sunday night. I'll check back tomorrow. I was able to get to my cloud drive yesterday so maybe it's just a temporary down time. Doesn't give you much confidence in the service though. What if you needed access to an important file now ?

Hey Marc. Just wanted to let you know that as of this writing (11pm, Phoenix) I am able to access Cloud Drive with both IE and Chrome). Hopefully yours is up and running too, and that it remains 'fixed'...

Thanks for posting. Is anyone still experiencing errors when using Cloud Drive?
Thank you,

Working fine for me this AM on Win 10 with latest Firefox (45.0.1) and Chrome (49.0.2623.112).
Did you try clearing your browser's cache and cookies? Maybe that will help.

I just tried this morning and I still get the Runtime error posted above. I am still unable to access my Cloud Drive.

@Marc...yeah, it seems to be all over the place. Sometimes I can access, sometimes I can't. As of right now, I can access.
Have you tried the pc Drag N Drop app? I use that along with accessing via a web browser, and there seems to be some issues with that as well. I periodically get an authentication error (username, password). And there doesn't seem to be a similar problem with accessing both ways (browser or the app). Both methods may work at any given time. Both methods may fail. Browser may work but the app won't. App may work but the browser won't. There doesn't seem to be any rhyme or reason to it.
