CC ON BBC

BBC is showing captions here, so it doesn't seem to be a national feed issue. I can't locate your account by your forum registration or I'd pull up a local test box. So for basic troubleshooting, a few questions:

*Are you enabling closed-captions on the TV itself, or on the DVR menu?
*Are you missing captions on any other channels?

Cc is on tv both cc1 for analog and digital.called cox and found out cc works on analog but not digital station. Running optical  cable from HDTV to receiver cc works on other HD channel but not 1345 BBC AMERICA. Kinda strange. We redid signal still not working.

Any suggestions thanks.

Bejamin,

Can you try an HDMI or a component connection and see if you still get the same result?

Cc on the HD-BBC is now working fine. Must of been fixed by Cox.
