Please note *70 will temporarily disable Call Waiting for that call only. After you hang up, Call Waiting automatically turns on again.

If you want to disable Call Waiting, lift the handset and listen for the dial tone, then press *38. You should hear three confirmation tones. Call Waiting is now disabled. Your calls will not be interrupted by the Call Waiting tone. New callers will hear a busy signal until you turn on Call Waiting.

If you want to turn Call Waiting back on: Lift the handset and listen for the dial tone; Press *37; Listen for three confirmation tones.
