Cable Outage TV "snowy" screen
Why would the cable go out after it reset itself? What can be done? Why is there no online resources for this type of issue?

Do you have a cable box? If so, how is it connected to your TV? Make sure the receiver is on (after the reboot) and make sure your TV is on what ever channel (3/4) or input it needs to be on to watch the receiver.
