Blocking Calls

I get so many phony advertising calls I had to ask Cox to put a block in against No Name calls like unavailable. However if they show a phone number they come through. I just went to phone tools but their is no way that I can block a number. I wish that Cox would make that available on their website.

Hi, we have a feature available called selective call rejection: http://bit.ly/1QspIon  I hope this helps. You can store up to 31 phone numbers in your rejection list.

I am about to cancel Cox phone due to price v. convenience. We have had 7 crapcalls today and it's only 3pm. Why can't Cox block all Robocalls? Why can't we block calls by checking numbers on our Phone Tools list? My very inconvenient to program selective call reject is full. They use different numbers every time from the same area code. I want to be able to block entire area codes! It can be done, Cox.
