Cable blocking driveway.

There was a bad storm yesterday, and a big tree fell over on top of some power lines. The power company came and cut up the tree and fixed their lines power line and I have power. But the internet line is hanging down low in my driveway and if tried to drive through I might hit it with my truck. I’ve tried calling several times, and the voice just says we are aware of the outage in your area and hangs up… I need to get the cable pulled up asap so I can leave…
