Cox Internet in RSM is unstable on a regular basis.

Cox internet has been unstable on a regular basis lately, causing very awkward disruptions to work calls.  Yesturday, on a single 1 hour call, I recieved the message the internet was unstable and call freezing four times.

How often are other experiencing this and are there recomendations for alternative internet providers with more reliable service?
