Backing Up Emails from Webmail

Is there a way to back up all my older email other than just saving each individual one? I use the non-basic webmail, and I also use Outlook, just can't get any of my older email on Outlook.

Are you looking to configure your Outlook with Cox email? How does it not work now? Could you post the error message exactly?
