Address bar i.e., residential home, services, shop etc.
I dislike the new bar at the top in trying to get to the News and Emails. Every time I go there, and I MEAN....EVERY TIME! This stupid bar comes down because I want to sign-in rather than get in contact with cox communications, or whatever it is called. I know, I mean, "I knew how to get there because I knew how to get there if I wanted to go there." I am not a numskull that can't figure things out for myself. I am irritated by this "fantastic new bar."
I don't like outlook, but it is beginning to look better and better as more time passes. My wife uses it and I am learning to uses it more effectively. I called the Cox Office and I was told that "Nothing can be done about it, there is nothing I (the service) or anyone else can do about it.
Less frustration is what I like, not a "nothing you or me or the programmers know how to fix. That figures!

Hi Duty Dog,
I am sorry you don't like our new layout, we do accept feedback in regards to our site so I will be more than happy to pass this information along. We always look for ways to improve so that is something that I can drop in the suggestion box. If you don't need all of the features that Outlook has you may look for a simpler program like Windows Live Mail/Windows Mail (depending on what operating system you have). You can also directly access the login for e-mail by going to http://webmail.cox.net, you can save that in your favorites that may save you a little hassle.
