Hi,
I'm posting this here because it appears that the forum moderators have an easier time fixing this sort of problem than phone support. I recently signed up for a new Cox HSI Premier account and purchased and installed a Motorola SB6121 DOCSIS 3 modem. Various speed tests that I am doing are tending to top out at almost exactly 30Mbps, which makes me think I likely have the problem I have seen referred to on here where a line with a DOCSIS 3 modem is provisioned for DOCSIS 2. Based upon my casual understanding, it looks like the signal levels indicated by the modem are tolerable and there is nothing to suggest that a bad link is to blame.
If someone could have a look at my account or point me in the right direction I would appreciate it.

Nicely done, Chris, my downstream speed has been doubled. Thanks!
Out of curiosity, what's the reason that lines get provisioned for DOCSIS 2 by default? Is a DOCSIS 2 modem not able to come up on a line provisioned for 3?
