Please provide a status update on replacing the Flash-based web video player
Good day, As we're quickly approaching 2021, can someone please release a meaningful status update on the plan to replace the Flash-based web video player prior to the end of Flash support? I know this has beensought by customers repeatedly for over a year now; I'm confident that many of us would appreciate someexpectations management, particularly around the details ofanticipated browser support, mobile device compatibility, and service capabilities (e.g. ability to play back DVR content from the web console). If details are unavailable for public release at this time, please do consider replying with information on when they will be available and what channel(s)will be used to notify us. Thank you in advance. Kind regards, Steve Evermore562Views0likes1CommentYou're web site is broken
I have an account on cox.com I can log in with no problems. From there though, I can't check my profile (e.g. mailing address, other info, etc.) I can't pay my bill, I have to do it by phone. I can't do pretty much anything. I am using Chrome. That is a very common Browser and should have no problems. I use the same browser on ALL my other online accounts. They all work just fine. Only cox.com does not work. Please fix. John1.8KViews0likes1Commentustomer interface on the Cox Home page?
I sign on the my "account" page and all I get is the "Interactive bill check here" message. I'm not able to see or pay my bill. I've changed my password and all looks ok. Still can't pay or view my services sof bill. I do get a lot of "commercial pop-up windows" but no account information. Clicking on the footer URL's doesn't do much but return me to the interactive info page. Has anyone seen this? Good thing I still get snail mail bills, etc.2.2KViews0likes1Comment
