Buffering
Since about a week ago, around July 12th, the show that I've been watching for over two years has been buffering. There is a live chat and no one else is experiencing it. It seems like I have had problems since the "new" look you have in the email. I also haven't been receiving all of my emails. I called up Cox and they said many servers have been updated and were still being worked on. I am not happy since the quality of cox has gone down and my bill went up $9. I recently switched back to cox internet and phone, the installer/office screwed up porting my phone number. I am now having to pay att for another week of phone and internet so you can fix this mistake. on top of that you are charging me 100.00 for the install. Apparently Cox is using this dispute with NBC to raise our fees ...... will we be given the option of dropping other channels to keep our fees the same with less service? Technically speaking, can Cox make the web feed from NBC more accessible via their broadband service (i.e. setting it up as an easy favorite to watch the various programs......
