Since about a week ago, around July 12th, the show that I've been watching for over two years has been buffering. There is a live chat and no one else is experiencing it.

It seems like I have had problems since the "new" look you have in the email.

I also haven't been receiving all of my emails. I called up Cox and they said many servers have been updated and were still being worked on.

I am not happy since the quality of cox has gone down and my bill went up $9. This is unfair and not good business practices.

    The show that is buffering, are you watching on your TV or streaming it online? Are you receiving any emails? Once the service issues are resolved, we can work on your rate concerns.
