Can't find Starz new show Outlander in Premium On Demand
Can you please give me step by step how to locate Outlander on the Starz On Demand. I am able to see in through Cox on my tablet, but wd like to see it on the big screen. I have used the STARZ app for a couple years now by logging in through Cox Internet via various devices (Android TV, Amazon Fire TV). Today I got the message “The user is currently already connected to a known proxy” when I tried to log on. What does this mean? I have been experiencing repeated problems with the Starz Play website on both my laptop and desktop computer. I have Mac computers that are up-to-date and have no problems streaming video on other sites (HBOGO, YouTube, etc.). I have tried watching in both Chrome and Safari browsers. I have cleared my browsing histories, disabled AdBlock, and checked the firewall settings, as recommended by the StarzPlay help FAQs. Regardless, I cannot watch a video without the sound repeatedly cutting out. Other times, the video is exited all together as an error message appears, noting only that there is an issue with playback of the selected video. Has anyone else been experiencing similar problems? Saturday Morning I tried watching Ghost Rider from Starz OnDemand. At around 1:04 of the movie the audio began to loop on a single syllable while the video continued to play normally. I tried resetting my cable box twice and a support rep reset my box from their end once and still happens. Each time I start the movie again the same problem happens at the exact same part of the movie. I even tried watching it on a second cable box hooked up to a different outlet and the same problem at the same time. When you send me an email telling me I can get these channels free during the promotion, I understand you are looking to entice me to keep them (as a paid service) ---- so if you know my name and my email, why don't you tell me EXACTLY which channels are free (obviously you know my zip code too)?! Well, since I didn't know the channel numbers, just went to OnDemand instead,,, and after exactly 15 minutes of the movie I selected, it said "Your movie is complete." An experience like this makes me never trust your promotions again, I do not have time for this but I actually tried letting it play in the background.
