Does Cox ever expect me to open another letter from them?
Seriously. I receive 3-4 letters PER WEEK with "Important Customer Information!" on the front. Every. Single. Time. It is junk mail trying to get me to buy more services from them. IF they ever send a letter that really does contain important customer information, then I'll never read it. For the last 6 months I have immediately torn the envelope across my printed name and thrown the junk into the trash can. I don't even bother looking to see if it might be something "important". What gives, Cox Communications?
