accessing secondary email
This should be an easy one... I just set up a secondary cox email account. I was told, via cox phone support, that I have to sign-in through my primary account in order to access the secondary account. She was correct because when I logged-in to the secondary account, it said that I must go through the primary account. However, when I'm inside my primary account, I can't for the life of me, access my secondary email account. Under "manage accounts", it shows the primary and the secondary email accounts, but only with a "change password" option next to them. Any help would be appreciated.Solved7KViews0likes2Comments
