Waiting on Brightspeed fiber
So got a message on the app about an update/upgrade to the system and got excited because I thought maybe Cox were starting to fix their horrible service, but no still getting "no internet access" messages several times a day every day now. And still getting almost daily "unplanned outage" or "intermittent services interruptions in your area". This is about to mentally fry me, not a fan of lawsuits but seriously considering a class action suit for this crap. And curious why this all started all the sudden and with such frequency? Hoping Brightspeed hurries up and installes their cheaper fiber in my area so I can switch.33Views0likes1Comment
