Outdoor Junction Box
My internet goes out continuously throughout the day. I bought a tester, and the issue is coming from the box attached to the side of my house. Is that box really necessary, or does it just provide a connection point between the cable coming from the source and the cable going into the house? If it is necessary, how do I get someone to come fix or replace it? Thank you.
