Online TV / contour and Latest Firefox
Recently updated to Firefox v56. The online TV no longer works on my PC. I can get to the site and see the channels. Can select a channel to watch. Can select "watch." The just spins!!! No matter what channel I select. I can go with the old MS IE and that seems to work. Any updated requirements from Cox that have not yet been advertised?4.7KViews0likes8Comments
Watch TNT app
I am unable to use the Watch TNT app on my phone. Specifically, I am unable to log in. I have verified that my userid and password allow me to login at the cox site. I only have one id. I did notice that when I click the sign in button in the Watch TNT app, the app automatically adds "@cox." To the end of my userid. I am assuming that it is trying to add "@cox.net" and I am simply not seeing the last few letters. However, I don't add those letters when I log into the cox website.4.8KViews0likes3Comments
Enable Fox News Streaming
I have Fox News at home with my Cox subscription. However, Cox is not listed as a provider that supports Fox News streaming online. Cox has to be in the minority here as I see a large number of major providers that do offer this service.
