Unable to login to apps
Contacted cox but nothing has been done. Get error “experiencing technical difficulties. Try again later” endlessly. This only happens with both cox app and cox wifi app (cox wifi app stopped working after tech support resetted my account so now it also no longer lets me log in). Original cox app has been going on for 1-2 years no. Cox wifi app within the past month thanks to support.

HBO GO
To use the HBO GO and the other online video services, we have to use the primary user name and password which is the same one as this email account. The problem is ...... everyone in the family has to use the primary user name and password giving them access to this web mail account also. This would be a problem if the user name and password were used somewhere outside our home.. Do you have any solutions for that? Sincerely; Teresa Shelander

Log In issue with Samsung Skyrocket
I thought I forgot my password because my login in my email won't work. I went online in my desktop and my old login worked. I went to my Outlook and my login worked. I figured it is my email app in my Android so I downloaded CoxSync to test that theory but nope, my login failed in it as well using the same login I have on the cox.net and the same login on my Outlook. Is there an issue with the connection on Androids? Is this something related to my phone being infected somehow? What's going on!?
