COX lies on service appointments?
Is it just me, or does everyone get a service appointment say ... between two hours (8-10) and than are just IGNORED until you call them and find out they are so inept that they can't have the decency to call and say they will be another 2 or so hours late? If this happens to me, I'm guessing it happens to most people. Time to start looking at competitors.5KViews0likes7Comments

Why has COX moved all the good programs on FX, AMC HIST the 11 PM? Justified Americans Call Saul Vikings This is far too late for people who work to watch and it is the middle of the night, not prime time. I don't remember this being the case in years past when they were broadcast at 10PM. Is this some stunt to get me to buy a DVR service? Your Demand waits a week to put up Justified. I can go to FX.com and see it. So put it on at a decent time or I will go internet and get rid of your TV subscription.
