Internet Interruptions
Hello, I recently moved to another state and never had issues with Cox in my old apartment. In my new apartment my internet cuts out once or twice a day and the logs show the error message below. Hotline was not very helpful (already talked to two people). Any suggestions?

What is the excuse for premium price and substandard service
Why am I paying over $200 for tv and internet when I have constant issues? I have had multiple techs come out. I have replaced my equipment, the techs have replaced lines from the pole to the house and inside the house. Paying premium price for substandard service then having the bill go up and getting worse service. What is the excuse? The app constantly says everything is fine but when a movie stops and the cable box restarts 4 times in 30 minutes or the internet just stops how exactly os everything fine?

COX in Arizona
I live in Arizona and can't seem to understand the logic of COX airing "prime time" shows on cable at 10 & 11pm? If it's advertised to be on the air at 8, 7 central and it actually comes on at 10pm in Arizona is absolutely ridiculous and there is no reason for this. The money we pay and can't watch prime time tv during a prime time hour is absolutely insane to me. Being a paying customer, why do I get a notice "during" a critical point in a show to tell me if I want to subscribe to the channel I'm watching I can call a number. What? The player was running to the end zone looking back to catch a ball and I get interrupted with this bulletin!!!!!! Really? It be nice to actually hear a "logical" explanation. I don't want this to be a *** session.

This was an email that I sent to Cox Date: Sun, Jan 6, 2013 at 1:02 PM Subject: Commercials Interrupting Shows on Cox Cable in Fairfax County, VA To: cox.help@cox.com Dear Sir or Madam, Above problem of commercials overriding parts of shows on at least Fox News Channel 72 (FNC) has been occurring 2 to 3 times an hour for many of its shows in at least the last week and a half. It happened again about 12:20 pm on Sunday, Jan 6. It has happened in the last week and a half on FNC shows including America Live, O'Reilly Factor, and Hannity. Please give me your kind assurance that the advertisements will not block portions of those shows in the future. Commercials interrupting programs
In Louisiana Cox commercials are breaking into the programs in progress on Fox channel 42. The commercials are not timed to play in the right frame.
