Disappearing Cloud DVR recordings.
I started a chat with an agent because we were having problems watching a recording of Jeopardy. The recording stopped and skipped, displaying the message, "Fast forward not available for this program." During the chat, the recording disappeared from my recorded list. After 2 agents and 3 hours of troubleshooting, the second agent opened a ticket. The scheduled recording of last night's Jeopardy program is not on my recorded list this morning.99Views0likes5Comments
